Virtual: Music at Wesleyan – 1968 to 1973
1:27:16
In the late 1960s and early 1970s Wesleyan was host to a remarkably diverse collection of star-studded musical performances. The performances were memorable and often times the staging of these events was complex and challenging. Social Committee members Blake Allison ’72, Stephen Blum ’72, Steve Goldschmidt ’72, Granderson Hale ’73, Michael Kaloyanides ’72, Lloyd Komesar ’74, and Don Zilkha ’73 will participate in a conversation about the music, delve into its social and political contexts at Wesleyan, and share some juicy stories about their experiences putting on the shows. We welcome participation by those attending this event. This event was recorded on: 12/16/21
